Waiting to renew my passport

Here I am waiting at the counters at the Immigration Department in Pusat Bandar Damansara to renew my passport. I arrived at 7.30 am and there was already people queuing up for the numbers as well as being served at the counters. After that queue, I had to wait for my number to be called which was not long after since I came in early. However, there was another bout of waiting as my number would be called again to make payment. All in all in took 1 hour and 30 minutes to settle that part of the exercise. Tomorrow I need to collect it!
